2025 Nissan Kicks: Launches with new design, advanced features and all-wheel drive

2025 Nissan Kicks
Nissan has revealed the pricing for its second-generation Kicks, which launched in early 2024. The new Kicks is establishing itself as the brand's entry-level crossover in the US market with its fresh design and advanced features.

The pricing of the new model ensures that it maintains its position not only in beauty and performance but also in affordability.

The new Kicks has undergone significant design changes, making the car look more like a crossover than a tall hatchback.

However, the most notable change is that it is now available with the option of all-wheel drive, which can be found on every trim level.

In addition, Nissan has added a new, powerful engine to the Kicks and also offered more space, making it more comfortable.

Pricing for the 2025 Kicks range is as follows:

  • The base S model is priced at $23,220, while the S AWD is priced at $24,720.
  • The SV and SV AWD are priced at $25,070 and $26,720, respectively, and the top-end SR and SR AWD are priced at $27,570 and $29,070.
  • Notably, these prices include a destination charge of $1,390, which is quite competitive compared to last year.

The new Kicks includes LED exterior lighting, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and adaptive cruise control as standard features.

Higher trim levels include the SV and SR with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless device charger, and 17-inch wheels. The SR model also offers additional driving aids, a surround-view camera, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.

The Nissan Kicks' new 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine offers 141 horsepower and 140 pound-feet of torque. This engine is mated to a CVT transmission with a choice of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.

This engine produces an increase of 19 horsepower and 26 pound-feet of torque compared to the older model, however, the new Kicks has gained slightly in weight. The 2025 Nissan Kicks is now available for sale across the country, and this new Kicks is set to add a new charm to the car market.
