The 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid may be the biggest addition to the lineup this year, but other trims are getting a lot of improvements as well. The most exciting of these is the new Civic Si, which is one of two ways for car lovers to enjoy manual driving. This small sedan has adopted new styling and added several new features that make it even more appealing.
The front fascia of the 2025 Civic Si features a cleaner and more angular front bumper like other new Civics. Exclusively for the Si, it includes darker taillights and new 18-inch wheels. Honda has also introduced a new color called Urban Gray Pearl for this year's Si.
Talking about the interior, the new Civic Si now features a larger 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster that goes along with a 9-inch infotainment display. Not only is it attractive to look at, but it's also easy to use.
The functional features of the new Si are also very interesting. The chassis has been further strengthened with reinforcements on the B-pillar and rear door sills. In addition, the shocks have been returned. The automatic rev-matching system now also works for downshifts from second to first, which could be quite appealing for autocrossers.
In terms of comfort and convenience, the new Si now includes heated seats, which Canadian buyers are already enjoying. In addition, Google Built-in and a front USB-C port have also been added. Honda also says it has improved the automatic emergency braking system's ability to recognize people, both motorcycles and bicycles and made the adaptive cruise control and lane-keep assist systems easier to operate.
The new Civic Si will go on sale in August and will start at $31,045, not more than $1,000 more than last year's car. Some of the options available include summer performance tires, which cost $300 more.
